1. General Refund Terms
Pinecone INIBOX Tech is committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy. All refund requests must include the original order number and any supporting documentation.
2. Refund Window
Unless otherwise specified in a product’s terms or promotional conditions, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered (unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all included accessories).

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) and any requested evidence such as photos, serial numbers, or test logs must be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly covered under a manufacturer warranty:

Products showing signs of physical misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair

Consumables or items marked as final sale

Shipping and handling fees (unless required by law)
5. Refund Process

Contact customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

If authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the product according to the RMA instructions and retain tracking information until the refund is complete.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer Refunds

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be returned in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address originally used, subject to blockchain confirmation and applicable network fees.

Refunds for bank transfers will be issued to the original sending account.
7. Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees

Partial refunds or restocking fees may apply for items returned opened, missing accessories, or damaged due to customer handling.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated in advance as part of the RMA process.
