This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through inibox.org. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping, customs, delivery, and related terms described below.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship internationally using reputable carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight partners for large or heavy shipments.

  • Available shipping options and carriers are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.

  • All shipments include tracking information and secure packaging.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer. Any anticipated delays will be communicated via email.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier selection.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, where applicable.


6. Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

  • Import regulations vary by country. Customers must ensure that the importation of mining equipment is permitted in their jurisdiction.

  • Inibox Internet Group is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.


7. Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


8. Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss transfer according to the shipping terms selected at checkout (e.g., DAP, DDP, or Ex Works).

  • If a shipment is declared delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date.


9. Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.

  • If re-shipment is not completed within 30 days, Inibox Internet Group reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any shipping and handling charges.


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect all shipments upon receipt.

  • For damaged goods, retain packaging and take photographic evidence to file a claim.
